Stability Cushion (With Pump)

Exercise whilst seated

Made from a latex-free PVC, the cushion is designed to be unstable, so sitting on it will keep your back muscles working, and your postural reflexes stimulated, allowing you to exercise while sitting down.

With a slightly sloped edge, the surface area in contact with the user is reduced, increasing the work required to maintain the correct posture.

Adjustable to suit your needs

The levels of instability can be changed with the amount of air in the cushion. This product comes with a pump that allows you to increase the air in the cushion.

Multiple uses

The cushion is double-sided, with one side fitted with nodules for foot massage and sensory work as well as providing extra grip when used for posture work.

The other side is smooth with small anti-slip dots, which some may find more comfortable when used as a seat.

For the most effective results, it is recommended that you use the cushion for 15-30 minutes at a time, repeating at regular intervals.
