Developed in partnership between MIAS (Mountain Bike Instructors Award Scheme) and Sterosport, this first aid kit has been assembled using input from experienced instructors to reflect the practical needs of outdoor leaders. It is designed for use on group rides and outdoor activities where access to immediate assistance may be limited.
The kit contains 28 carefully selected first aid items, including a range of dressings, bandages, cleansing products and tools to support a prompt response to a variety of injuries. Organised internal compartments help keep contents visible and easy to locate when needed.
Supplied in a lightweight, compact Sterosport Activ bag, the kit is suitable for longer rides and more demanding outdoor environments, where carrying space is limited but preparation remains important. It is intended to support first aid provision during cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities in remote locations.
